I'm looking for the play/movie "The Human Brain" was written for. This is a song I learned in school in 1970 or 1971. I think it's part of a score but I'm not sure. Here are the lyrics as best as I can remember: (chorus) The human brain, yeah yeah The human braaaaain The very same brain that's in all of us The big and the small of us The short and the tall of us There's not one, who hasn't got one. It's sitting there, yeah yeah, beneath your hair And whether your hair is straight or curled With those little gray cells you can change the world Just little old you and the human brain.
The more we learn about the brain the more the brain astounds At birth it weighs 12 ounces and full grown about 3 pounds Compared to a computer that is very, very small But capable of doing things machines can't do at all.
